6.9% of every primary product payment (after buyer
discounts) and 6.9% of every official marketplace/offer fee
flows into the Spaniel Syndicate Rescue Pool. The pool is
an endowment: at most 10% of the balance is distributed
each month, and undistributed balance carries forward.
Wallets with 1,024+ Rescue Weight at the monthly snapshot
direct the recipient — one eligible wallet, one vote. Real
dogs aren’t impulse buys. Spaniels are. Rip packs, pull
rare dogs, help real dogs.

How the Rescue Pool works
6.9% of buyer-paid primary purchases is
carved out of the buyer-paid amount (after any bundle and
referral discounts) and routed to the Rescue Pool. The
affiliate commission and treasury are computed on the
post-rescue amount.
6.9% of the official 2% marketplace/offer fee
is carved out of the platform fee before the post-rescue fee
is split between the optional referrer (50%) and the treasury.
Sellers still pay only the 2% platform fee — the Rescue Pool
is funded from inside that fee, not stacked on top.
Endowment-style distribution. The Rescue
Pool is a balance that grows from contributions and shrinks
from distributions. At most 10% of the pool balance can be
distributed in any single month. Undistributed balance
remains in the pool. Over time the pool can spend almost all
of itself through repeated 10% monthly distributions, but
never instantly.
One eligible wallet, one vote. A wallet is
eligible to vote when its Rescue Weight is at least 1,024.
Holding more than 1,024 does not increase your vote count.
Wallets below the threshold do not vote.
Rescue Weight is in draw-slot units. A
sealed pack counts as 10. A sealed box counts as 240. A
sealed crate counts as 2,400. A sealed vault counts as
24,000. A revealed card counts as 1. Opening a product does
not change your total Rescue Weight.
The monthly snapshot counts the votes of
every eligible wallet at the first second of the next UTC
calendar month. The address with the most eligible-wallet
votes wins. Ties resolve by which address first reached the
tied vote count, then lexicographic order.
Distribution happens after the snapshot is
finalized. Every distribution is recorded with a
transaction signature or mock disclosure so anyone can verify
what went where, and respects the 10% monthly cap.
Cast your Rescue Vote
Sign in with your Solana wallet. Your Rescue Weight is the sum
of the draw slots underneath every sealed product you hold
plus 1 for every revealed card. If your Rescue Weight is at
least 1,024 at the monthly snapshot, your wallet casts one
vote.
Sign in to see your Rescue Weight and current vote.
Setting a Rescue Vote does not transfer any funds. It only
declares which Solana address you want the next monthly
distribution to support. You can change your vote at any time
before the snapshot. Votes from wallets below the 1,024
Rescue Weight threshold are stored but do not count at
snapshot. Any valid Solana address may be chosen; the project
does not represent purchases as tax-deductible.
Recommended recipients
This list is a community resource for finding legitimate
animal-rescue and shelter recipients. Status labels reflect
what we’ve been able to verify, not legal charity status.
Any valid Solana address may be selected as a rescue address —
the recommended list is convenience, not a hardcoded payout
restriction. Suggest a recipient if you know one we should
include.

Public ledger
Every Rescue Pool contribution is recorded in a public ledger.
Contributions are idempotent — duplicate events do not double
count. Distributions are recorded with an on-chain transaction
signature (or a labeled mock signature in dev environments
until the Series 1 Program is deployed).

Important: how to read this page
The Rescue Pool is community-directed. The
winning address each month is chosen by collector preferences,
not by the operator.
The site strongly encourages collectors to direct cards at
legitimate animal rescues or shelters, but
any valid Solana address may be selected.
Recommended recipients are suggestions, not
guarantees of legal charity status. We do not promise
that any recipient is a verified non-profit.
Purchases are not represented as tax-deductible.
The Rescue Pool does not issue donation receipts to buyers.
There is no investment, yield, dividend, or passive-income
component. Holding cards does not pay anything; it sets your
voice in monthly rescue selection.
